Breast Cancer Promotion

It’s breast cancer awareness month. Anyone who goes to Beautycounter by clicking here this month and orders at least $100 through the October Online Orders Social will receive a $15 gift certificate to give to a cancer survivor and a thank you gift from me.

Anyone who orders by the 15th will be entered in a drawing for a grand prize- a free everyday body wash in Citrus Mimosa and I’ll donate 5% of the orders the Vermont New Hampshire Susan George Komen Race for the Cure.

Cancer sucks. I lost two friends to cancer this summer. Help me spread the word about Beautycounter and making the #switchtosafer to get known carcinogens out of our soap.

As a new mom, I was horrified to learn about the lack of accountability in the personal care and cosmetic industry. Just because something is sold in store doesn't mean it's been tested for safety. In fact, there are ingredients commonly found in products in the US that are banned in the EU because they don't meet safety standards. Some are known carcinogens and endocrine system disruptors.
