Ahh Christmas- (and it’s probably a similar situation for Hanukkah, though more spread out)- the whirlwind of family time, travel, work, parties- I’m exhausted just writing about it…

What are you doing to take care of yourself? If you’re anything like me, you have about 10 things too many going on, and only at the end of the day when you are absolutely out of time and energy that you realize the only thing you did for yourself was brush your teeth. You did remember to brush your teeth right?

This is a great time to start something for you. Start a new routine- invest in some spa quality new products, close the bathroom door and take a few minutes each day for yourself. Not everyone else, YOU.

The Charcoal Mask is a great way to start. A few times a week is all it takes, so grab a book, shut the bathroom door, and spa away.
