It’s been a year of amazing growth. My cute little baby is now 18 months old, my husband got a new, bigger, job, I’ve taken on amazing projects that inspire me. We got a second cat. It’s been a whirlwind.
I have to say though that I wouldn’t be able to do it if it weren’t for the amazing tribe of people that surround me. There are times when I feel in over my head (as I’m sure others do as well), but what keeps me going and keeps me grounded is the amazing community of moms and friends that are part of my tribe.
I may not see people in person that often, and many of my biggest supporters are people I haven’t met in real life or haven’t seen in over a decade, but what’s been critical to my success as a mom and mompreneur are the women that celebrate success and help each other grow. There is nothing more frustrating to me than women who pull other women down. Putting down others doesn’t make your star shine any brighter.
I would love to be that person for you. We can’t grow without rich soil, sunshine and water. Be that woman for others, and don’t be afraid to seek out others that can help you thrive. There’s plenty of opportunity out there- chase what you desire and know that your tribe is here to support you!
