Put a Little Boogie in It

Are you paying enough attention to your life to capitalize on all the best moments? I have a toddler. Well, maybe she's a preschooler by now. Anyway, she's in love with life. She finds something cool in everything we do.... Continue Reading →

We All Need A Little Balance

Spring is finally here in Vermont and there's so much to do. Clean the house Get out the summer clothes, give away the winter clothes that didn't get worn Find the gardens under the leaves Pay the taxes Play outside... Continue Reading →

For the Love of Family

How can so much love be contained in just one picture? It's moments like these that my desire to do everything I can to make the world a better place for my daughter overwhelms me. It sets my soul on... Continue Reading →

Never Underestimate the Power of Small

Let me tell you something- this motherhood journey teaches me something new every day. After a long day back at my seasonal job, I picked up my daughter, we headed to Aldi (if you're not shopping there you're missing out!),... Continue Reading →

Baby Registry Essentials: What you really need!

There are days that my daughter does all her pees in the potty and days where all end up on the floor or in a diaper. I'm confident that she will not go to school in diapers, just like I'm confident that my business will be emotionally and financially rewarding.

Yoga with a Toddler- Embrace Powerful Life Lessons

Now, the second option is not quite as restorative for me, but it's great mother daughter time. It's good for her to see Mom exercising, even if she doesn't understand. It's important as a mom to not lose sight of who you are. You take on a new identity, but it doesn't have to replace your previous identity.
